J'ai reconnu le bonheur au bruit qu'il a fait en partant.
I recognised happiness by the sound that it made whilst leaving.
Really inspiring quote! Often times, many of us are indifferent to or ungrateful for the things and moments of happiness that we are gifted with. We often realise that a situation was great when it is over but the problem is that we we can no longer appreciate it at this time.
The lesson to be taken from this is to appreciate and be grateful for every moment of our lives because what is round the corner might actually be worse. The more we are grateful for what we have and don't have, the more we will see reasons to be even more grateful.
The more we are grateful for what we have and don't have, the more we will see reasons to be even more grateful.
Your friends will thank you!
